Request deletion of your account and data
WorkerLedger lets you request deletion of your account and all associated data. Use one of the options below.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Open WorkerLedger → Settings → find the option to delete your account or request data deletion (if available), and follow the steps.
- By email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my WorkerLedger account” and include the email address you use to sign in to the app (your Google account email). We will process your request and confirm once deletion is complete.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in association
- All workers and contractor records
- Attendance and work-day records
- Salary and payment data
- Any backups linked to your account (if stored on our systems)
What we keep
After your request is processed, we do not retain copies of your account or the data listed above. We may keep anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you, and any data we are required to keep by law for a limited period.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. After that, your account and associated data are permanently removed from our systems.
